Welcome to HiveX! This guide will walk you through everything you need to know to get the most out of our AI-powered DeFi platform for MultiversX. Whether you're a DeFi novice or a seasoned pro, we've got you covered.
Visit the HiveX Web App
Go to
Click "Get Started" or "Sign Up"
Connect Your Wallet
Click "Connect Wallet"
Choose your MultiversX wallet (xPortal, Maiar, or DeFi Wallet)
Follow the prompts to complete the connection
Set Up Your Profile
Add a username (optional)
Set your notification preferences
Configure your privacy settings
Dashboard: Your home base with portfolio overview and quick actions
Chat: Where you'll interact with our AI agents
Markets: Real-time data on tokens and protocols
Portfolio: Detailed view of your holdings and performance
Settings: Customize your experience and manage connections
Simply type your question or request in the chat box. Our AI will automatically route your query to the most appropriate agent. For example:
"What's the current price of EGLD?"
"Show me my wallet balance"
"What are the top performing tokens today?"
You can also directly address a specific agent by using their name:
"@MultiversXExpert What's the current network status?"
"@TradingAgent What's your analysis of EGLD/USDC?"
"@WalletAgent Send 5 EGLD to erd1..."
Checking Balances
Simply ask: "What's my balance?" or "Show me my portfolio"
For specific tokens: "How much EGLD do I have?"
Sending Tokens
Format: "Send [amount] [token] to [address]"
Example: "Send 10 USDC to erd1..."
Swapping Tokens
Format: "Swap [amount] [token1] for [token2]"

Wallet Connection Problems
Make sure your wallet is unlocked
Try refreshing the page
Check that you're on the correct network (Mainnet, Devnet, etc.)
Transaction Failures
Ensure you have enough EGLD for gas fees
Check that you've approved any token allowances
Verify the recipient address is correct
If you run into any issues:
Ask our Support Agent: "@Support I need help with..."
We never store your private keys
All blockchain transactions require your explicit approval
Your conversation history is stored securely and can be deleted at any time
You can use the platform in "Privacy Mode" to minimize data collection
